2) MSB2012_vanNoort_SCX_Phospho.sf3
Mycoplasma pneumoniae proteome enriched for phosphopeptides by SCX in WT and the following knock-outs: Mpn024, Mpn114, Mpn223(Hprk), Mpn247(PrpC), Mpn248(PknB). 
Peptides were reductively dimethylated with "light" / "medium" / "heavy" stable isotope labels

This folder contains two datasets, 1) MSB2012_vanNoort_AcK.sf3 and 2) MSB2012_vanNoort_SCX_Phospho.sf3, Mascot search results in Scaffold .sf3 format (Scaffold version 3.3.1) .

Note, Mascot results after filtering to a 1% peptide FDR (Rockerbox/Percolator) were loaded into the Scaffold tool using default filtering criteria. Additional peptide filters were applied for the final data set, see methods section in van Noort et al.
